What You'll Need
1 Cup of Coconut Milk
1 Large Banana (Sliced)
1 Cup of Ice cubes
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
¼ Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp. Honey
2 Tbsp. Toasted Coconut Shavings
2 Tbsp. Chopped Peanuts
Step 1: Blend the coconut milk, ½ of the banana, ice, peanut butter, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and honey until smooth.
Step 2: Transfer to a glass or a bowl and top with the toasted coconut shavings, chopped peanuts, and remaining ½ banana.
