Founder & Chief Online Editor
Loise is the founder of the wellness brand called Tizi and the chief online editor of its editorial arm called Tizi Talks. Her love for wellness led her to build a brand that unlocks one's potential and promotes self development through enjoyable healthy living. Her vision for the brand has landed her with interviews on BBC Africa, Citizen Power Breakfast Show, My Next Big Bet, Come Up Sessions Podcast, Hot 96 FM, Homeboyz Radio, among others.
Her significant efforts in raising awareness of healthy living, led her to be appointed as the first Global Wellness Day Ambassador for Kenya. With this title, she will spear head the celebrations of wellness in Kenya on Global Wellness Day as a representative of the Global Wellness Organisation which is a non -profit initiative that aims to make the world a healthier and happy place. In light of this, she founded Global Wellness Day Kenya and has placed Kenya on the map to join more than 100 countries in the celebrations.

Phoebe is a fitness enthusiast and a wellness editor for Tizi Talks. Her passion for an active and healthy lifestyle has been exemplified through working with us and all the projects that we have undertaken including marathon boot camps and a key supporter in the inaugural Global Wellness Day celebrations in Nairobi, Kenya.
She has had interviews and features centered on physical and mental health on She Leads Africa, USIU-A Radio , Citizen TV and Varcity Kenya .
